Volunteering at McGregor Hall

McGregor Hall depends on the work of community volunteers

Volunteers are the heart of McGregor Hall. Our dedicated team of community members helps create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that audiences experience at every performance. Without their time, energy, and hospitality, it wouldn’t be possible to present the world-class programs that make McGregor Hall such a vital part of Henderson’s arts community.

Volunteer Opportunities

Our volunteers provide invaluable assistance before, during, and after performances. Current roles include:

  • Front-door ushers – Greet guests and make them feel welcome.
  • Seating ushers – Assist guests in finding their seats and ensuring a smooth start to each performance.
  • Box Office volunteers – Help with ticket sales and customer service during the week and at events.
  • Volunteer callers – Reach out to current and prospective patrons to share upcoming opportunities and events.

Each role is essential to the McGregor Hall experience, and training is provided for all new volunteers.
