Ticketing Information

There are three easy ways to purchase tickets to shows & events at McGregor Hall: online through our partner Etix, by calling the Box Office at (252) 598-0662, or in person at 201 Breckenridge Street in downtown Henderson (Monday - Friday 1:30-5:30 PM).

Prices vary depending on the show. VISA, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. Sales tax is required by the Department of Revenue of the State of North Carolina and by Vance County.

Here, you can purchase tickets at any time through our exclusive ticketing partner, Etix. The secured website provides detailed information on upcoming shows at McGregor Hall, seating availability and pricing, and additional ticketing options such as handicapped accessible seating. Etix accepts most major credit/debit cards and gives you the option you to print your tickets from home or pick them up at McGregor Hall’s Box Office.

Box Office & Will Call

The Box Office is located within McGregor Hall at 201 Breckenridge Street in downtown Henderson and is open Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, as well as one hour before show times.

To check on seating availability or to purchase tickets by phone, call the Box Office at (252) 598-0662 in advance of show times. If seats are still available, you may walk up and purchase tickets at the Box Office window. All major credit cards, cash, and checks (please be prepared to present photo ID) are accepted.

If you purchased tickets by mail, by phone, or online and selected will-call, you may pick up your tickets at the Box Office prior to the show or during Box Office hours. Please bring your ID and purchase receipt.
