This YouTube link shows a  demonstration on how to use the bead breaker and tire lever (red and black plastic tools at top of picture to left) from the toolbox under the seat.  Also in the toolbox are a replacement tube and a roll of wheel liner.  Prop one end of the Model T on the included dollies (refer to Navigating Sharp Turns page for this procedure) to lift the flat tire wheel off the ground.  There is no need to remove the wheel!  Only replace the wheel liner if the existing liner is damaged.
